We’ve created a space that makes you feel like you’ve stepped right into a mountainside lodge after a day on the slopes. Terms and Conditions for Moose Preserve Après-Ski Event Rental:

Booking and Fees: A non-refundable $10 booking fee is required to secure your reservation. All bookings must meet a minimum spend of $500 on food and beverages during the 2.5-hour rental period. Gratuity is not included in the minimum spend.

Minimum Spend: A minimum of $500 in food and beverage purchases is required for each booking. Any gratuity is not included in this minimum.

Guest Limit: The event space accommodates a maximum of 20 guests. This policy will be strictly enforced to ensure a quality experience for all.

Time Limit: Your reservation is for a strict 2.5-hour session. We reserve 15 minutes of your reservation time to prepare the après-ski area. Events must start and end on time. Additional time may be available at the discretion of the venue but may incur additional charges.

Cancellations and No-Shows: Cancellations must be made via phone at least 24 hours before the reservation time. Failure to cancel within this time or a no-show will result in a $200 fee and the forfeiture of the booking fee. The minimum spend may still apply in such cases.

Weather and Unforeseen Circumstances: The Moose Preserve reserves the right to cancel your reservation due to inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will be notified as soon as possible.

Transfer Policy: This reservation is specifically for the outdoor après-ski event space and cannot be transferred to indoor seating.

Food and Beverage Policy: All food and beverages must be purchased from the venue. Outside food or drinks are not permitted.

Damages: Guests are responsible for any damages caused to the property during the event. A fee for repairs may be charged to the organizer.

Conduct: The Moose Preserve reserves the right to refuse service or terminate the event early if any guest behavior is deemed inappropriate or violates venue policies.

Children: All children attending the event must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
