The Moose Preserve is raising a stein to the season—Oktoberfest has officially arrived! The celebration runs through Saturday, September 27, with a menu full of hearty classics, fall flavors, and festive brews.

A Taste of Bavaria in Bloomfield Hills

Our chefs have crafted a special menu inspired by German traditions (with a little Moose Preserve flair, of course). From warm, shareable starters to rich, stick-to-your-ribs entrées, there’s something for everyone to enjoy.

Appetizers

  • Giant Pretzel served with cheese sauce – $14.50

  • Drunken Buck Dip made with Oktoberfest beer, served with tortilla chips and bread – $15

  • The Wurst Dinner – Two bratwurst, one apple and raisin chicken sausage, sauerkraut, and German potato salad – $20

  • Pork Schnitzel (a year-round Moose Preserve favorite!) – $22

  • Hungarian Goulash – A hearty family recipe from Mrs. Michigan 1964 (our owner’s mom) – $21

  • Pierogies – Potato-filled with sauerkraut – $19
